We at ENLITE attach great importance to the high quality standards of our consulting services. Therefore, a careful selection and training of our employees as well as quality monitoring are of utmost importance to us in order to ensure our ultimate goal, the success and satisfaction of our customers. For each project we use customized quality assurance measures which are carried out according to their corresponding quality assurance concepts. We support this with our DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.
ENLITE erhielt im Juni 2024 die Bronze-Auszeichnung im EcoVadis Nachhaltigkeitsrating, welche das Engagement des Unternehmens für Nachhaltigkeit und soziale Verantwortung unterstreicht. EcoVadis bewertet Unternehmen weltweit in den Bereichen Umwelt, Arbeits- und Menschenrechte, Ethik und nachhaltige Beschaffung. Das langfristige Ziel von ENLITE ist es, nachhaltige Praktiken im Unternehmen zu fördern sowie ökologische und soziale Verantwortung in den Geschäftsprozessen zu integrieren. Diese Zielsetzung spiegelt sich auch in dem Bestreben der ENLITE, die Energiewirtschaft durch innovative und nachhaltige Lösungen zu transformieren.
Our Values and Compliance
We have documented our corporate culture values in our corporate mission statement and the derived Code of Conduct (unfortunately only available in German at this time). Additionally, we have established a compliance guideline for our employees, holding them responsible for following laws and rules and orienting and encouraging them towards impeccable conduct and integrity. This value system is binding for our employees and meets the high requirements of our international business activities.
Mutual respect and fairness in dealing with each other and with our business partners form the basis of our corporate culture. With our Compliance Management System (CMS) we anchor suitable measures in the company that are aimed at compliance with national and international laws, voluntary commitments, and internal guidelines. Our management takes compliance very seriously and expects it to be followed and implemented with seriousness by our employees and our business partners. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards unlawful actions as well as violations of our Compliance Management System. This applies in particular to any form of misconduct such as fraud, corruption, improper agreements, coercion or obstruction of investigations. We are convinced that rule-following conduct is an important cornerstone for securing our business model in the long term.
